المستقبل لنا لنبنيه، ليس فقط في الشرق الأوسط، بل ضمن شراكة عالمية. وأولئك الذين يسعون لفعل الشيء الصحيح بحاجة إلى دعم العالم بأسره. فمع كل بلد نحقق فيه ازدهارا أكبر وحرية أوسع، ومع كل حي نجعله أكثر أمانا، ومع كل شخص نمنحه الأمل، نجعل بيت الإنسانية جمعاء أكثر أمنا. وعليه، فليكن هذا وعدنا، ليس لأجيال المستقبل فقط، بل لأجيال الحاضر التي نعمل من أجلها اليوم.
